Trustees conduct annual meeting,
honor president emeritus
The
Board of Trustees of the Delta Omicron Foundation, Inc. held its
annual meeting on Friday, July 16 and Saturday, July 17, 2010. At
that meeting, Dr. Jonny H. Ramsey became president, succeeding Dr.
Kay Wideman, who had served as the Foundation's president for 19
years. Wideman will be recognized with the title president emeritus.
At right, she is presented with a plaque from the Foundation
trustees.
Among the business conducted at the
meeting was the awarding of fourteen awards of $500 each to be used
for college tuition or toward other musical pursuit.
